I was listening to a debate this morning on HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) vaccines being required for girls aged 11or 12. Required, meaning becoming a law that our children will be required to have this vaccine in order to attend public schools.
On February 2, 2007, Texas became the first state to enact a mandate-by executive order from the governor-that all females entering the sixth grade receive the vaccine, with some exceptions.  Legislators in Texas passed H.B. 1098 to override the executive order and the governor withheld his veto. (Read More)

What? It's more than ridiculous, sitting there and arguing about my rights as a parent and saying what a lousy and irresponsible parent I am if I do NOT agree with forced vaccination of our children.

‎The Government and drug manufacturers might as well be saying "I know what's best for your children so I'm going to pass a law so you have to do what I say is best"
Are we a bunch of backwards illiterate empty headed people living in this country that we need laws passed like this? Seat belt laws, Sugar tax, forced vaccinations and more are now on the books to keep you "safe".

With the FDA and drug manufactures track records of Recalling drugs and vaccines AFTER their approval makes me want to grab up my children and grand children and run for cover!

They use FEAR to sell their vaccines. Now people die from what used to be a simple case of measles, not just a few, Thousands of people. God help you if your child gets Chicken Pox. Whopping cough was a common childhood ailment when my parents were kids. Now it's guaranteed to be fatal.

  HPV-Associated Cancers Statistics  (See here)
A large study that covered 83% of the U.S. population during 1998–2003 estimated that about 24,900 HPV-associated cancers occur each year. More than 17,300 HPV-associated cancers occur yearly in women, and almost 7,600 occur yearly in men. Cervical cancer is the most common HPV-associated cancer among women, and head and neck (oral cavity and oropharyngeal) cancers are the most common HPV-associated cancers among men. The following counts are from this study.
Because these numbers are based on 83% of the U.S. population, they may under-represent the actual number of cancers diagnosed during this time period. Also, this study used cancer registry data to estimate the amount of potentially HPV-associated cancer in the United States by examining cancer in parts of the body and cancer cell types that are more likely to be caused by HPV. Cancer registries do not collect data on the presence or absence of HPV in cancer tissue at the time of diagnosis.    (Can you make sense of the highlighted paragraph?)

The estimated 83% of the population of the United States during the 1998-2003 time period was 234,201,732 persons.

The CDC states that about 24,900 HPV associated cancers occur each year.  That would be approx.  124,500 cases over a 5 year period.  That works out to be slightly less than one case in 10,000 people.  To me these numbers are not enough prove the fear mongering I've seen on TV.

Does this then justify forcing upon the population yet another vaccine that has NOT been around long enough to truly know the safety and effectiveness.  We never really know how well something works unless it's in use for 20 or more years.  Now, look back on all the recalled drugs and law suits related to injury from vaccines that 20 years ago were perfectly fine.

A blind man can see that children now are sicker overall than the generations before, and we're not just talking obesity, we're talking Autism, autoimmune diseases, childhood cancers and more. If the sales pitch for vaccines was correct my grand children should be more healthy by far than my generation and a Much Larger percentage of my and my parents generation should be dead from the Flu, Chicken Pox, Measles, Mumps and other, what use to be common, diseases.

Are we really saving lives? Or are we lining the pockets of highly paid researchers and drug manufacturers?   Why has no one in authority pointed this out to congress? The power of money over the needs of the people is why.

The very Same politics that keeps us from getting proper treatment for Lyme disease.
